Joshua Bartolotta
Licensed Real Estate Sales Executive

Josh Bartolotta is a high energy "go-getter" with an infectious personality. A former actor and advertising account executive, he found that he was drawn to real estate sales as a result of the friendships that develop with clients. He enjoys the opportunity to engage and help so many different people during such an important and special time in their lives. Josh has been a real estate agent for seven years and sold just over $13 million in residential real estate in 2016.

Born and raised in Rochester, Josh graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Communications and Journalism. Only after he returned home following a seven-year hiatus did he realize how special Rochester is. He is a proud contributor to the Mary Cariola Children's Center, Bivona Child Advocacy Center, and MCC Foundation. In addition to hanging out with friends and family, he spends much of his spare time on the tennis court. Josh has enjoyed coaching high school tennis for several years, receiving Coach of the Year honors from the D&C and Messenger Post News on three occasions.

As you may have noticed, Mark is no stranger to the Mark Siwiec Team. After studying Business at Plattsburgh State College, he took a job as Marketing Director and Client Concierge with our team. After six years, Mark decided to secure his license and make the transition to the other side of things as a Sales Executive. In 2016, he closed his first year with a total of $5 million in sales!

Having grown up in Webster, NY, Mark knows all of the parks, festivals, and restaurants that this amazing city has to offer. He has a seemingly endless willingness to go out of his way to solve problems or brighten your day. You can count on him to take the time to patiently and thoroughly handle every step of the real estate process, from the initial home search all the way to moving day. When Mark's not busy going above and beyond for his clients, you can find him skiing, hiking or getting together with friends over dinner and drinks. More likely than not, Benny, his adopted pit bull, is right there by his side. Mark is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Willow Center for Domestic Violence.

Erin Duffy Kruss
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Born and raised in Rochester, Erin graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Communications and Business.  She spent seven years in Chicago, where she worked as the Communications Director for an Alderman and then transitioned into commercial real estate where she represented Starbucks Coffee, working to secure high profile lease and purchase opportunities in Chicago’s downtown retail markets. Her love of Rochester has brought her back home and she is excited to finally be pursuing residential real estate, something she has always wanted to do. Fun fact: She spent a day shadowing Mark when she was 16 to learn “what a day in the life of a realtor” was like. She loved it, and now several years later, she is so happy to be a part of the team!

Erin will go out of her way to create a seamless, stress-free, and fun real estate experience. Her deep-rooted interest in homes and knowledge of the Rochester area is valuable to her clients. When she has some spare time, Erin loves to be on Keuka Lake, trying out new recipes and staying active so that she can continue to keep Rochester’s array of great restaurants highly profitable .
